When we went back to Germany, our friend Michael taught us the only three phrases you need to know to get by in Germany:		   x x x x x x Das haben wir schon immer so gemacht.
     [We have always done it that way.]

x x x x x x Das haben wir noch nie so gemacht.
     [We have never done it that way.]

x x x x x x Da könnte ja jeder kommen.
     [Who do you think you are?]
